Job description
Our workload has grown considerably, and we need an extra pair of hands to keep our commercial engine running smoothly. This role starts as a temporary position, but given the continued growth in work, there is a real chance that it develops into a permanent place on the team. You start on a temporary contract, with a clear prospect of a lasting collaboration. What you will do
You follow up on our software renewals and licenses: you keep track of timing and deadlines, for both standard renewals and public tenders, and you take part in meetings with vendors and customers. You support the account managers in preparing quotes. You challenge requests critically and think along: you are the intelligence behind the quote. You follow up on leads and opportunities proactively, including cold calling and the triage of incoming requests. You are part of the administrative backbone of the office: you help handle invoicing and processing in our systems, and partly contract management through Odoo. You support our bid files and keep certificates and attestations neatly in order, which is essential for our participation in tenders. You act as backup for office management, taking over the day-to-day office coordination whenever the office manager is away. Now and then you help out at events.

Who you are
A real doer with a hands-on mentality, someone who likes to see things move forward. Eager to learn above all: the product and domain knowledge can be taught, it is your drive to learn that makes the difference. Independent and reliable: you keep the overview, take initiative and follow up without anyone having to chase you. Strong communicator in Dutch and English. French is a nice to have. Steady and level-headed: you stay calm and structured, even when things get busy.
What we offer
Practical
This is an 80% position. You work mostly at the office, four to five days a week (in proportion to the 80% schedule). A temporary role to start, with a real prospect of a permanent contract given the growing workload.
